leandro. to get you more news faster, we will turn to jackies sizzle who joins us live. >> they're not going to have classes' here today because of this investigation. they're still trying to determine what happened and there are a few details that are coming out right now. we just spoke with someone from alameda police department and they stated that about 8:45 p.m. they received a call about fires being shot on this street. ted that when they arrived they discovered that one victim had a gunshot wound and that they were transported to a hospital where he died of his injuries. there is not a lot of descriptions for the victim. he was a young adult and that is about it for right now. because of the time of when that happens crime scene investigators were out but obviously they were waiting to get a break to come so that they can investigate more. this is why the schools will remain closed for today. you will see that there will be a search of the grounds and that we will have canine units out. they will do a real search. >> this is what we're seeing out here right now within the la

reggie kumar shows us what that suspect may look like. >> reporter: this woman yelled of the suspect to stop breaking into the car. investigators say that he managed to gain access through a front window. and repeatedly punched the woman in the face. police say the woman and a daughter managed to escape the home and that a suspect in a second to a male suspect chased the man down the street. the same person that was insulted her in her home continued to assault her in the street and put a gun to our head and even the threatened to kill her. they called police. the suspect returned to the home and ransacked it appeared the victim was taken to hospital where she was treated fo a broken nose. this suspect is described as a hispanic male. 5 ft. 11 in., light complexion, with dark clothing. the victim's daughter was not injured. reggie kumar, kron 4. >> pam: for more than four decades. the 49ers have played at candlestick point in san francisco. but next season will be the teams last at the stick. the city has announced plans to demolish the stadium after the team moves south to its new h

grant lodes joins us now with details on where dorner is believed to be hiding and new surveillance video. grant? >> yes, there is a lot of new information there is probable cause that christopher dorner fled to mexico. that's according to a federal arrest warrant filed last week by u-s marshals working the case. the document also says the 33-year old former l-a-p-d officer may have had help alluding police. that associate is identieid only by the illitials jy, and the person has a familty member with property in the big bear area where dorner's truck was found abandoned and burnt. last thursday. all this comes as we are seeing new surveilance video that tmz posetd.showing dorner at a scuba diving shop two days before the first two victims were murdered. dorner reportedly got two small, yellow tanks filled with air and left with a larger, black tank. he's said to have paid in cash, and appears to be talking to the cashier.even laughing at times. new at eight: law enforcement that have been impacted in the past are receiving round the clock surveillance and protection. however, the c

christopher dorner has stretched across all of southern california. kron 4's charles clifford shows us where the former police officer has been spotted. >>reporter:the hunt for christopher dorner began last sunday, when two people were found murdered in a parking garage here in irvine california. it's then believed that dorner feld 90 miles south towards san diego. on tuesday evening, witnesses described a man matching his description attempting to steal a yacht from this marina. the attempt apparently failed when the boat malfunctioned. a few days later, items belonging to dorner, including his lapd badge, were found here near lindbergh field. then... two days later, 90 miles to the north in corona, two la pd officers were involved in a shoot out with dorner around 1:30 in the morning. one of the officer was injured and dorner escaped. a short time later, two riverside police officers were ambushed while waiting in their car at a stop light. one of the officers was killed and the other seriously injured. and finally, on thursday afternoon, a truck believed to belong dorner was found b
